1. Orders

– Since each item is hand crafted per order, Forbidden Fruits reserves 5-10 days to create the ordered item.
Take that into consideration when you place an order.
If your order is time sensitive or you have any question regarding orders, please contact info@forbiddenfruits.eu
We will always make our best efforts to help you.
– Forbidden Fruits reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.
– If, due to circumstances, an order cannot be delivered within the indicated time, Forbidden Fruits will not be obligated to any form of compensation.

2. Shipping speeds and costs

– Forbidden Fruits ships within the European union via DHL. On our check-out page you will see the shipping rates.
Those rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination.
All transit times begin after your order is processed and shipped. You will be notified by email and will receive a tracking number to track your package. Your country may charge import duties or taxes. As a customer you are responsible for these fees, These fees are collected at the time of delivery.
You can check these fees with the tax and customs authorities in your country.
If there is a problem with shipping, please contact Forbidden Fruits so we can check your order with DHL.

3. Returns & Exchanges policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from the webshop if the following conditions are met :

All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
All items must be unused, and in its original condition
Originals receipts would need to be included
All items would need to be purchased originally from Forbidden Fruits

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us. If the item is damaged at the fault of the customer, the value reduction of the item will be charged.

Custom made item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.

You will receive a refund within 14 days after Forbidden Fruits has received the returned item.

In order to return , items must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging,

and be packed and shipped in such a way as to adequately protect the delicate and fragile contents inside.

Forbidden Fruits is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment for return or exchange. Return costs must be paid by the customer.

In case you want to exchange an item, you can place a new order in the webshop after returning the item to be exchanged.

4. Guarantee

– Forbidden Fruits guarantees that the items from the shop meet the standard quality requirements and are free of defects.

– Your proof of purchase is your warranty.

Each of Forbidden Fruits items come with a three-month-warranty.

– In case of a defect or complaint within the warranty period, follow the above procedure (2. Returns).

Forbidden Fruits strives for a proper assessment and handling of warranty claims.

If a complaint/defect is valid, Forbidden Fruits will take action to supply an equivalent product or repair of the product, unless otherwise agreed.

– If Forbidden Fruits will compensate any damages, then the compensation shall not exceed the amount equal to the invoice value of the item.

–There is no guarantee when:
* wear can be considered as normal.

* If changes are made on the product (including repairs) without the consent of Forbidden Fruits.

* if damage is caused by intent, or gross negligence.

* if the original proof of payment cannot be shown, is altered or is unreadable.

All Forbidden Fruits items are designed and hand crafted in the Netherlands.

Because of the fact that all items are hand crafted, there are no two identical items, each item is unique.

Products may be slightly different than what you’ve seen in our shop.

Leather is a natural product and always different.

For example: there may be minor colour variations or small (neck) wrinkles visible in the leather,

these surface differences belong to naturalness of the leather and do not affect the value of the leather.

They cannot be seen as imperfections or defects.

Forbidden Fruits is therefore not liable when an ordered item has minor differences in relation to the pictures in shop.

5. Sizing

– For each item in the shop where a size applies, a size guide is available to choose the right size. If your measurements are not listed, you can contact Forbidden Fruits to have the item custom-made. Additional fees will be added.

6. Discount codes

Forbidden Fruits may offer promotional discount codes from time to time.

These discount codes can apply to all or certain specified purchases that are made in the shop of Forbidden Fruits.

The general conditions for the use of a discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

7. Customization

Forbidden Fruits can make all items from the shop in a different color or size.

Different prices apply for custom made items.
